The UHC Program or universal health coverage is a health service guarantee program for underprivileged communities that provides access to quality health services to all citizens without financial barriers.

“This UHC Program ensures that every citizen has access to health services that are promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative,” he concluded.
